病気で会社を休む際の表現です。

仕事ではなく、一般のどの場面でも使えます。

A: Good morning, ABC Electronics, this is Sally how can I help you?

おはようございます。ABC電機、サリーです。いかがされましたか？

B: Good morning Sally, it's Jim calling.

おはよう、サリー。ジムです。

A: Good morning Jim, how are you?

ジムさん、おはようございます。どうしたんですか？

B: Actually, I'm not feeling very well. I think I may have caught the flu.

I'm not going to come in today and try to get better.

Can you please let the boss know for me?

 実は、あまり具合が良くなくて。インフルエンザにかかったかもしれないんです。

今日は会社に行かないで、よくなるように休むつもりです。

私の代わりに上司に知らせてくれますか？

A: OK Jim, I'll let him know. Try and take care of yourself.

Get some rest and drink lots of fluids.

いいですよ、ジムさん。伝えます。おだいじにね。

少し休んで、水分をたくさんとったらいいですよ。

B: Thanks Sally.
