With regards to the lesson venue, usually, I'm holding my lessons at Denny's.
The location is very convenient. As soon as you get out of the west side of Urawa Station, to your left - you can see Denny's rightaway beside the police box.
I'm also meeting my other students at Tullys Cafe. It is located just one block away behind Isetan (West Exit). It's very cozy and you can enjoy affordable coffee with pleasure.

Example : GO FIFTY-FIFTY ON (〜を割り勘で払う/を山分けする）
A. I ate too much.
B. Me too. That steak was so delicious. Well, let's get out here.
A. Why not? By the way, it's my treat.
B. No, it's not. Let's go fifty-fifty on the bill.
A . 僕、食べすぎちゃったよ。
B. 私も。あのステーキはとってもおいしかったわ。さて、（お店を）出ましょうか。
A. そうだね。ところで、今日は僕のおごりだから。
B. いいえ、だめよ。割り勘で払いましょう。
ポイント:
他に"Let's go Dutch. (割り勘で払おうよ）"という表現もあります。
また、会計でCan we have separete checks?（べつ会計でお願いします）などと言うこともできます。
